1. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Defective or Faulty Products: If the product you received is defective, malfunctioning, or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If we mistakenly delivered the wrong product, please notify us immediately with proof (such as an unboxing video), and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
- Unopened & Unused Products: Products that are still in their original packaging, unopened, and unused can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used Products: Products that show signs of use or wear are not eligible for return.
- Damaged Products: Items that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling, such as scratches, dents, or burns, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Items: Any free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.
- Compatibility Issues: If a product works properly with standard devices but does not work with specific third-party devices, returns will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Approval & Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization code. Pack the product in its original packaging and send it to the address provided with the authorization code clearly marked.
- Product Inspection: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will process an exchange or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: Rajokiyo Shop will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns based on personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any shipping fees associated with the original order.
2. Refund Policy

- For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. Warranty Conditions
Certain products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and any defects that occur within the warranty period will be covered under the terms specified by the manufacturer.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturer’s Defects: Faults in product construction, material, or workmanship within the warranty period.
- Warranty Duration: Warranties may vary (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) depending on the product.
What’s Not Covered:
- Physical Damage: Any damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper use.
- Seal or Sticker Tampering: Products with broken warranty seals or removed stickers will not be covered.
- Accessories: Chargers, adapters, and other accessories that come with the product do not carry any warranty.
4. General Information
Processing Time
- For Returns: Once approved, exchanges or returns will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned product.
- For Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.
