1. Return & Exchange Policy

  3. Unopened & Unused Products: Products that are still in their original packaging, unopened, and unused can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Used Products: Products that show signs of use or wear are not eligible for return.
  2. Damaged Products: Items that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling, such as scratches, dents, or burns, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Gift Items: Any free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.
  4. Compatibility Issues: If a product works properly with standard devices but does not work with specific third-party devices, returns will not be accepted.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization code. Pack the product in its original packaging and send it to the address provided with the authorization code clearly marked.
  3. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will process an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: Rajokiyo Shop will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns based on personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any shipping fees associated with the original order.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Shipping Costs

  • If Rajokiyo Shop is responsible for the issue (such as defective products or incorrect deliveries), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Warranty Conditions

Certain products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and any defects that occur within the warranty period will be covered under the terms specified by the manufacturer.

What’s Covered:

  1. Manufacturer’s Defects: Faults in product construction, material, or workmanship within the warranty period.
  2. Warranty Duration: Warranties may vary (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) depending on the product.

What’s Not Covered:

  1. Physical Damage: Any damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper use.
  2. Seal or Sticker Tampering: Products with broken warranty seals or removed stickers will not be covered.
  3. Accessories: Chargers, adapters, and other accessories that come with the product do not carry any warranty.

4. General Information

Processing Time

  • For Returns: Once approved, exchanges or returns will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • For Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.
